University St. Kliment Ohridski with a Master’s degree in Law,
and before that from the Faculty of History at the same
university.
Lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association since 1990, and before
that a judge at the Sofia Regional Court. Member of the National
Branch of the International Law Association – London, member of
the World Association of International Law based in London.
International Observer for the Office for Democratic
Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) of the Organisation for
Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

University in Sofia with a Master’s degree in Law.
Since 2002, he has been working as a legal associate in the
office, later as a legal consultant, and since 2020 he is a
lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association.
